I used my pendulum to divine which cards to use for your reading and it chose Chris-Anne's Lightseer's Tarot and the beautiful Tarot de la Nuit. Supporting oracle cards were pulled from Doreen Virtue's Romance Angels Oracle deck, Wisdom of the Oracle deck and some handwritten messages as to what your person may want to tell you. I also drew some letters out of a bag which may give you an indication as to the initials of the person you may be dealing with.
I initially drew four cards for you, Cancer, and four cards for your person. As I dealt, I automatically put you in the top row, as it is your reading, and I'll refer to the messages for the top row as you during this reading. I think the vast majority of us have had an abundance of time, probably for the first time in our adult lives. Nowhere to go and nothing to do short of think, really think about our lives and specifically the past. Because when your future is jeopardised by a potentially deadly virus, it doesn't half make you think, reassess, want to reach out, right your wrongs, forgive, love. Am I right? I know it's not just me who is feeling this way, it's being felt by the collective.
The Queen of Wands is a livewire, you could be dealing with an Aries, or someone who embodies the qualities of the Queen of Wands. Someone attractive, confident, magnetic, passionate. Or, maybe this is how you yourself are emerging from your Hermit phase? Raring to go get your (wo)man? You're hoping for reunion with the 3 of Cups. I don't feel that you're in each others lives right now. I feel that there's a distance between you, it doesn't necessarily have to be in miles, maybe it's a huge emotional distance. Maybe you live in the same town, but you might as well live in different countries.
Your person, they have the Ace of Cups. A brand new start in love. With you? Not sure. Your person is embodying the Empress so they could be a Libra or a Taurus. The Empress is the Mother Earth of the tarot deck, she is the Divine Feminine, she embodies the qualities of all the Queens of the deck. And when I see the Ace of Cups and the Empress together - the first thing I think is pregnancy. So, your person might be finding out this month that they are going to become a parent. The Lovers. I'm seeing a choice having to be made. The 6 of Cups, to me, is a past life soulmate connection. Someone from their younger days. It's a very melancholy card. They're looking back on this relationship fondly, on the good times that they shared. The Lovers with the 6 of Cups confirms that this soul tie is karmic, and there's not much that your person can do to shake this off. It's fated. The question is, is this soul tie to you? Let's look at the clarifiers.
For you. The Star. I feel that you have had to do a lot of healing, emotional healing, to get to the point where you're strong enough to execute the Ace of Swords, to take a chance, take a risk and come in with your truth, finally. Temperance clarifying the Hermit, you are balanced now, your introspection has paid off, and it is this going within that has enabled you to know your truth. The 2 of Cups on the Queen of Wands. Your person is a soulmate, this is a divine connection. I say a soulmate, because we don't only have one. We can have several soulmates over the course of a lifetime, and not all of them are romantic. They can be platonic friendships, family members even. Even the romantic ones, they can be for a reason, a season or a lifetime. You will stay together for as long as it takes to learn the lessons that you needed to learn from that person. Your final card. The 9 of Swords. I won't sprinkle glitter on a turd, it's not a good card. It's a card of mental anguish, sleepless nights, worry. I don't know if this is going to go your way, Cancer. I don't know if you're tormenting yourself over whether or not you will reunite with your person, what their answer or reaction to you will be. Or whether you're tormenting yourself because you get knocked back.
Your person has the 4 of Cups clarifying the Ace of Cups. To me, the 4 of Cups is a card of boredom, of apathy, of not seeing the value of what is being offered. In the traditional tarot deck, the person in the 4 of Cups is actually being offered the Ace of Cups by the hand of God and - they either don't see it, or pretend not to see it. I think whoever is making this love offer to your person, be it you or another person, I think they're going to be turned down. The 4 of Cups next to the Knight of Cups too, your person is not in the market for love right now, for whatever reason they've detached from love. Maybe because they've got someone pregnant/they're pregnant. The Lovers and the Queen of Pentacles, this is another card which confirms a really deep love, a deep connection with someone. And their final card, the Queen of Cups on top of the 6 of Cups. I think this is you, Cancer, as the suit of Cups is Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces. I think they're looking back at your relationship, at you, and reminiscing. I think that they do recognise that yours was a soulmate relationship. I just don't think that they're in a position to do anything about it right now, even if you are.

To finish off, I'll go into the oracle cards and messages that I drew to add more depth to your reading. The
Romance Angels Oracle card I drew for you was
New Love - a new person has stirred your romantic feelings.
Your Wisdom of the Oracle card was Unfinished Symphony. The minute I drew this card I was reminded of a song from my teenage years. Unfinished Sympathy, by Massive Attack. There may be a message for you in the lyrics to this song, so if you don't know it, do look the lyrics up or listen to the song on YouTube or something. This card speaks of unfinished business; an incomplete lesson; lack of closure and the need to make amends. It tells you that moving on is difficult when love lingers, things are left unsaid, and your heart hasn't had the opportunity for closure. It urges you to write that letter, make that call or have that conversation over a coffee. Remember, your first card out was the Ace of Swords. Honest, truthful communication with someone. I find that when oracles confirm tarot cards in this way, it's doubly important that you heed the advice, because it's doubly emphasised.
I wanted to go into this further so I drew some more

Your first Romance Angel card was Very Soon - Clearly decide what you want so that it comes to you now. And also Trust - This situation is calling for you to have faith. I don't think this situation is beyond redemption, but I don't think that the timing is right. But, everything is subject to change, we all have free will, we can all change our minds in a heartbeat.
